TERMS OF SALE
In compliance with Italian Law 185/1999 and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (to be read carefully before each purchase).
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and all purchases made on morebellagio.it.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to changes, with the relative effective date of their validity indicated on the morebellagio.it website.
By electronically sending the purchase order confirmation, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, declaring to have read and accepted the information provided to them.
PHOTO CATALOG
The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not perfectly correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
DISPLAYED PRICES
All product prices are clearly indicated on the website and are inclusive of VAT. They do not include shipping costs, which will be displayed before the order is finalized.
Product prices may be subject to updates. Please ensure you check the final sales price before submitting your order form.

- Bank Transfer: Only on request by mail . Shipment will be made upon receipt of payment to our current account. You will recived the bank details via mail. The reason for the bank transfer must indicate the order number and the name and surname of the ordering party.
INVOICING
The tax receipt will be sent inside the package.
ORDER PROCESSING
Products are shipped within 1/5 business days from receipt of payment. Any changes to delivery times will be communicated to the customer via email.
HOW TO ACT UPON PRODUCT DELIVERY
When the courier delivers the package, the customer and/or consumer must verify that the package is intact, not damaged or wet, and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package.
Any complaints must be immediately raised with the carrier; otherwise, the product will be considered delivered correctly.
From the moment the consumer and/or customer receives damaged goods or requests redelivery to the carrier, they have direct and exclusive action against the carrier itself. The carrier is also responsible for delays in delivering the goods to the recipient.
More di Beretta Elisa shall be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to the goods from the moment they are delivered without reservations to the carrier for transport.
HOW TO ACT IN CASE OF DAMAGE DUE TO TRANSPORT
If there is obvious damage to the packaging upon delivery of the goods, you must:
- Express a reservation: Meaning the package is accepted, but before signing the document, you must write “Accepted with right of reservation.” This will allow you, once the package is opened and any damage is found, to be compensated for the damage suffered according to the compensation parameters of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 21/11/2005.
- Reject damaged goods: If it is not possible to accept the package with reservation or if the damage is clearly visible without having to open the package.
BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The buyer is forbidden from entering false and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related communications; the personal data and emails must exclusively be their real personal data and not those of third parties or fictitious ones.
The consumer and/or customer authorizes More di Beretta Elisa and undertakes to provide, upon the latter’s discretionary request, copies of unexpired identity documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes More di Beretta Elisa to terminate the contract due to the buyer’s non-fulfillment. The customer relieves More di Beretta Elisa from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, as the Customer themselves is solely responsible for correct entry.
The customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which they will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase, and to print the specifications of the product being purchased. The guarantee of successful payment made by the customer with the means indicated above is essential, so that by express agreement the non-fulfillment by the customer of said obligation will result in the legal termination of the contract without the need for a judicial ruling, without prejudice to the right of More di Beretta Elisa to take legal action for further damages.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) working days from when you received the products. The only costs you will bear are those for returning the purchased products (Shipping Cost). You will have to personally pay the shipping costs for the return of the purchased products.
