CONDITIONS OF SALE
In compliance with Law 185/1999 and Legislative Decree 206/2005 (To be read carefully before any purchase) These Conditions of Sale apply to all orders and purchases made on morebellagio.it These Conditions of Sale may be subject to change, with the relevant date of commencement of their validity indicated on the morebellagio.it website. By electronically submitting the order confirmation, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, declaring that they have read and accepted the information provided to them.
PHOTO CATALOGUE
The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
PRICES DISPLAYED
All product prices are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT, excluding shipping costs, which will be displayed before the order is finalized. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please ensure the final sale price before submitting the order form.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Products are shipped within 2/4 working days from receipt of payment. Any changes to delivery times will be communicated to the customer via email.
HOW TO BEHAVE UPON PRODUCT DELIVERY
When the courier makes the delivery, the customer and/or consumer must verify that the package is intact, undamaged, not wet, and in compliance with the standard characteristics of a package. Any disputes must be immediately raised with the carrier; otherwise, the product is considered correctly delivered. The consumer and/or customer, from the moment they receive the damaged goods or request their return to the carrier, has direct and exclusive action against the carrier. The carrier is also liable for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient. MORE DI BERETTA ELISA is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods from the moment they are delivered without reservation to the carrier for transport.
HOW TO BEHAVE IN CASE OF DAMAGE DUE TO TRANSPORT
If, upon delivery of the goods, there is obvious damage to the packaging, it is necessary to:
- Express a reservation, i.e., the package is accepted, but before signing the document, you must write “Accepted with reservation.” Once the package is opened and any damage is found, it will be possible to be compensated for the damage suffered based on the compensation parameters of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 21/11/2005.
- Reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reservation or if the damage is visible without opening the package.
BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
The buyer is prohibited from entering false and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and the related communications; the personal data and email addresses must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties or fictitious. The consumer and/or customer authorizes MORE DI BERETTA ELISA and undertakes to provide, at the latter’s discretionary request, copies of unexpired identity documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes MORE DI BERETTA ELISA to terminate the contract for breach by the buyer. The customer releases MORE DI BERETTA ELISA from any responsibility arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, as the Customer is solely responsible for the correct entry. The customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which they will have already viewed and accepted as a mandatory step in the purchase, and to print the specifications of the purchased product. The guarantee of successful payment made by the customer with the means indicated above is essential, so that, by express agreement, the customer’s failure to fulfill this obligation will result in the automatic termination of the contract without the need for judicial pronouncement, without prejudice to MORE DI BERETTA ELISA’s right to take legal action for compensation for further damage.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt of the purchased products. In this case, you must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) working days from when you received the products. The only costs you will bear are those for returning the purchased products. If you decide to use the carrier indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you will not have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products yourself. The payment of the costs of returning the purchased products will be made, on your behalf, directly by the Seller, who will therefore release you from any obligation to pay the carrier. The Seller, for the payment of the return, will deduct from the refund a flat-rate amount equal to the cost previously incurred for the shipment and delivery of the purchased products to your home. Furthermore, from the moment of redelivery of the purchased products to the carrier indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, the Seller releases you from any liability in case of loss or damage to the products during transport. If you decide to use a carrier other than the one indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you will instead have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products yourself. In this case, the cost previously incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home will also be refunded; however, you will remain liable for any loss or damage to the products during transport.
